Inspire Vaudreuil-Dorion, a new progressive municipal political party, was officially recognized on May 9, 2025. The idea of creating a party took root in the minds and hearts of independent city councilors Karine Lechasseur and Jasmine Sharma, who wanted to introduce a new way of doing politics in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This organic, unifying, and forward-looking movement has grown over the past few months thanks to the support and involvement of many citizens, members, and volunteers.
We aspire to build a resilient and prosperous city, where harmonious development values the collective intelligence of the community, providing a sustainable and safe living environment that cares deeply for future generations.
Our mission is to strengthen the social fabric through transparent, inclusive, and participatory governance. Inspire Vaudreuil-Dorion seeks to harness innovation to deliver concrete solutions that enhance the quality of life for people in our community while ensuring responsible management of our shared resources.
Our thinking and actions will be guided by strong values: empathy and the courage to act, openness and human connection, creativity and innovation to think and act differently.
